Shipping policy
You will receive an order confirmation email and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email & SMS. We at The Esther Project, value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as India post, Shiprocket, Delhivery & Ecom Express.
- Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-12 working days. Delivery may delay by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email
- Shipping Fee within India: Free shipping on cart value of ₹999 or above. Alternately, flat ₹99 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹999. This shipping fee is non refundable.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to alter his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either DM us on Instagram @theestherprojectt or email us at theestherprojectt@gmail.com stating the ORDER No.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
